FORM Fitness offers Small Group fitness in cycles.

Keep an eye out for when classes will be.

This class offers the members of the FORM Fitness community an opportunity to gather and workout together. Group Class offers a great mix of strength and cardio challenge and is guaranteed to make people of all fitness levels sweat!!

Current Class Options

Mondays @ 7pm

Wednesdays @ 7pm

Saturdays @ 11am
